Kushan Empire - Hiigara Atlas
A scene I made in Houdini. One of my first real 3D Projects done in Summer 2013. This image shows the Atlas of the Kushan Empire. The Planet is called Hiigara.
All Models where made from scratch in Houdini. Textures and Displacement Maps generated in Photoshop with some of my Tools I've been working on to generate Planet Textures in a Procedural Fashion. (More info on those on my blog here).
Lightning and Shading all done within Houdini. Final Image Rendered with Mantra PBR (Format: OpenExr, 32bit, Vista Vision 4k ).
